🥇 Euro Truck Simulator 2 Drivers Not Making Money

If I upgrade a truck for a driver, does it make a difference? For example, if i improve the transmission on a driver's truck, will he earn more money? So even when they live elsewhere, truck needs to be parked. Best advice for adding your initial garages to to pick cities that have 5 or 6 close ETS 2 companies for cargo deliveries and pickups. Cities like La Rochelle in France are likely to be better than Nice which only has (from memory) about three ETS 2 companies. In any case, there is no way to own every garage AND have 5 drivers per garage. Yup you will never have enough drivers to fill all the garages in the game. I own all the garages and only have 70 drivers running, don't need more really. They are all maxed out level 10 drivers and make more money than I can ever hope to spend. i have over 30 employees ranging from the lowerst to highest and the same for trucks. there is a difference in the employee performance due to the type of truck they are driving. certain cargo requires a type of truck to carry out a job therefore impacting employee performance. #3. margalus Sep 20, 2013 @ 4:53pm. it doesn't effect it that much no, it all depends on the drivers skills, once they reach 10.0 you will be making plenty of money. And afaik the system is a weekly rotation, IE at the start of the week they have zero until they compelte a run. Given the name of the companies, it looks like you are using mods. Long distand and ADR should be first priority, then High value/Fragile for the cash bonuses. #7. Serious, since its AI driving, they have no needs for theses things at all, so why waste your precious money on things that aren't needed. The time wasted in trying to remove things that are not needed just to get a little bit of extra money could be better used by getting a delivery job and making some money that way.
